Wyrallah - NSW.

A unique place offering much needed housing diversity in the Northern Rivers

We are currently working on the master plan and concept design of a 30ha site in Wyrallah, 15 mins east of Lismore. The project will be rezoned via a " Compatibility Certificate" and will be  one of the first private development sites to take advantage of the using new powers in the State Environmental Planning Act.

This ecologically sensitive place has a range of threatened plant species including Thorny Pea, Hairy Joint Grass and Rough- Shelled Bush Nut. These will be protected as part of the regeneration of the wetland which will become the focus of the community and support a large permaculture garden.

A combination of conventional large lot residential sites that will facilitate relocated homes from Lismore and a community title "Pocket Village" will be provided.

Housing choice is a fundamental part of the project with a variety of dwelling types from small one bed homes, through single and multi-generational houses. Each of these will be developed to provide flexibility living solutions so that residents can easily adapt them to suit their ever-changing needs.
